How to Play Mahjong Game?
Mahjong is a game played with tiles. There are 152 tiles in American mahjong, if you’re following NMJL rules. (Or 160 tiles if you include Blanks and your extra 2 Jokers).
There are 3 suits in mahjong tiles: Bam, short for bamboo, Dot, and Crak, short for character (referring to the Chinese characters found on traditional mahjong tiles). Within each suit of tiles in mahjong, there are numbers 1 through 9 and a matching Dragon. The Green Dragon goes with Bam, White Dragon (also called Soap) goes with Dot, and Red Dragon goes with Crak. There are 4 of each suited tile in a set of mahjong tiles.
